With urllo you can redirect any URL on websites, domains or subdomains you own and control. Once you’ve set up urllo’s redirector to work with your DNS or edge, you’re free to create and manage as many redirects as your plan allows. urllo's plans scale as your needs grow.

A source URL is the original web address that incoming traffic is redirected from. For example, if you want to redirect traffic from old-domain.com/some-path to new-domain.com/some-path, your source URL is old-domain.com/some-path.

If you're on the Performance plan, you can easily add more source URLs or enable feature add-ons in the "Subscription and Invoices" section of your dashboard. For Enterprise subscribers, contact your dedicated success manager to discuss adding more source URLs to your account. All add-ons are already included in Enterprise plans.

urllo’s redirector will automatically manage and renew SSL certificates for all your domains and subdomains using Let’s Encrypt. If you want to bring your own SSL/TLS certificates, manual certificate management is available with the enhanced security controls add-on.

All of urllo's plans include unlimited traffic. While we don’t impose hard caps, your usage must follow the Acceptable Use Policy to ensure reliable service for all customers.

The Enterprise plan includes a fully customizable number of source URLs, as well as all add-ons. This makes the Enterprise plan the ideal solution for teams with advanced compliance, security and scalability requirements.

Enterprise customers have the option to pay by ACH or wire transfer. Enterprise customers can have custom legal terms, security reviews and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Lastly, Enterprise customers can request access to urllo’s SOC 2 report in the trust center.

urllo typically exceeds a 99.999% uptime. You can check system status and subscribe for updates at www.urllo-status.com. Enterprise plans can include a customizable Service Level Agreement with contractual guarantees.

Yes, urllo offers a 15% discount on the Performance plan for eligible nonprofit organizations, including registered charities, public libraries, K-12 schools and higher education institutions. Get in touch with our team to access this discount for your organization.

Both the Performance and Enterprise plans offer unlimited team members with role-based access controls (RBAC). Role types include read only, standard, administrator and owner. You can learn more about team member types and management in the urllo help centre.

A receipt is emailed to you every time we process a payment. Historical receipts are also available in your dashboard.

Yes, plans can be changed anytime from your dashboard. Billing and crediting is prorated automatically.

urllo accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and supports ACH or wire transfers on Enterprise plans.

The prices shown do not include tax. Applicable taxes will be added based on your billing address.
