urllo's founder and CEO William Richards appeared on Telling It Like It Is with Jade Alberts to share the story behind urllo’s purpose:
At urllo, what we do and what we believe is that every connection matters. So really our products are around this concept of maintaining connection with your audience when you're going through a change.
And that change is something like a website migration. Maybe you're going to some new technology. Maybe you're updating your infrastructure or how you're doing content. You're using different domain names. Maybe this is an acquisition and you need to redirect the acquisition to your new website. There's all kinds of different reasons, that's just touching the surface of it. But these kinds of business change events can frequently leave customers in the dark.
And so you don't want to miss that because companies have invested tons of money in building these relationships with their customers with content. There's links out on the internet pointing to this content. You don't want to lose that stuff when you're going through a business change. And so that's what we're all about is maintaining those connections when you're evolving your business.
